Overview: Case Management

Overview

Case Management provides a secure web-based platform for managing casework. Casework typically involves interactions with multiple people or agencies over a period of time to resolve an issue or reach an agreed outcome. Cases of a particular type often follow a recognised workflow.

The Case Management system enables case notes to be recorded and integrates with Outlook and SharePoint to manage associated emails and files.

The system is currently used in the following areas:

  • Student Immigration
  • The Proctors' Office
  • Educational Policy and Support
  • Legal Services
