Contact your local IT team

Students and staff in colleges and departments should contact their local IT support team in the first instance. Local IT can deal effectively with a wide range of support needs including Single Sign-On (SSO) password and multifactor authentication resets, WiFi and network problems, and all college or departmental services.
Staff in UAS and the Bodleian Libraries do not have a local IT team.
