Service Desk

We help University of Oxford members get the most out of IT and deal with requests and problems when they arise.

The Service Desk is one part of a support network across the University offering help and advice.  We focus on those services run by IT Services and help you with accounts and passwords.

  • You can log a support call online (Single Sign-On required):

  • If you do not have access to your account and cannot use the Single Sign-On (SSO), you can still log a support call with:

Please include details such as the software being used and any error messages. You should never include passwords in a message.  Online requests will be processed between 8:30am and 5:00pm weekdays

Account management services such as issuing rescue/activation codes and setting email delegation rights are only possible during the core hours of 8:30am to 5pm weekdays (not including bank holidays).
